The AutoLoadBaler is a unique and patented machine, designed to remove the time and cost of loading cardboard balers by hand.

It takes just 20 seconds to load a full cart of card into the AutoLoadBaler, leaving your staff free to just take an empty cart back to work, saving typically 3-5 minutes of hand loading.

Designed for use by retailers, manufacturers, warehouses and distribution centres, the AutoLoadBaler can automatically make a 400-450kg bale every 25 minutes, compared to around 2.5-3 hours in a traditional hand-loaded machine.

How does it work?

The AutoLoadBaler is used with its own “special design” carts which are positioned wherever cardboard is generated in your business. There is no need to flatten cardboard boxes before placing them in the carts. When full, simply push the cart into the baler’s loading position, press start, take an empty cart and go back to work, leaving the machine to automatically empty the cart for you.

The base of the cart is automatically raised forcing the cardboard into a set of rotors that feed it into the bale chamber for compaction. After repeated fills (typically around 35 carts) the bale full light comes on telling the operator to tie off and eject the bale in the usual “Strautmann” way.
