Meet The Team
Val Bryan
With experience as a qualified mechanic and engineer, Val joined the Compact & Bale Servicing Department in 2015 as a Service Engineer.
Val is the smiling face you see on site when he comes to service, repair or install your machines!
Sonny Burnett
Sonny joined Compact & Bale in February 2022 with previous experience in the painting and spraying industry.
He joined the Servicing Department, focusing on refurbishments, and is training to become a Service Engineer.
Steve Burnett
After selling print finishing equipment, materials handling systems, then balers in the UK for over 12 years, Steve started Compact & Bale in July 2000 and has never looked back!
With nearly 30 years of experience, he continues to lead C&B from the front as Chairman. Recently Steve has got back in the Sales chair too!
Laura Fuery
With 15 years office experience, Laura joined the Compact & Bale team as a Collections Executive in early 2018 and she is now working as the Commercial Manager.
Laura also oversees the Collections Department and works alongside the Servicing Team whilst assisting with Accounts.
Rich Hardcastle
Rich joined Compact & Bale in November 2020, with previous experience in sales and as a data engineer.
He now works as part of the Servicing Department focusing on refurbishments. You can see Rich’s expertise in the high standards of our refurbs!
Nick Jewitt
After 35 years working in Facilities Management, Nick joined the Compact & Bale team in 2015.
After a highly successful year as General Manager, Nick was invited to join the board becoming Managing Director in October 2016.
Mick Lowe
After a career working in engineering installation and maintenance both in the UK and overseas, Mick joined the Compact & Bale Servicing Department in 2017 as a Service Engineer.
Mick is hydraulically and pneumatically trained to an advanced level. You will find him on site, servicing, repairing or installing your machines!
Casey McNutt
Casey joined Compact & Bale in October 2022, with previous experience in client liason, and three years working in Sales.
He will be operating north of London, joining our growing Sales Department.
Cassidy Nicholas
A recent graduate, Cassidy joined the team in May 2021. With a BA in Film, Radio and TV, Cassidy looks after our Supplies Department and is responsible for our Social Media pages, whilst also assisting with sales enquiries.
Andy Swindell
After a varied career in engineering, Andy joined Compact & Bale as a Service Engineer in 2008 and became Head of Technical Services in April 2015.
Andy is a qualified electrician, and the longest serving employee at Compact & Bale!
