Strautmann Umwelttechnik GmbH

“Quality without compromise”

Strautmann Umwelttechnik GmbH was founded by the Strautmann group in 1993 to develop and produce baling, briquetting, bin and drum presses, and liquid drainers. Their machines are quality designed and built for a 50,000-hour operating life and are the preferred choice for many multiple retailers and well-known businesses. Their focus on innovation has seen them become market leaders in waste automation, offering a number of patented products that bring massive efficiencies in the handling and recycling of card, paper, plastics, film, PET, EPS/airpop, and residual waste.

Flexus

Established in 1995, FlexusBalasystem have installed hundreds of their baler wrappers in 46 countries around the world. Their proven industrial baler wrappers compact, MSW, SRF, RDF, tyres, biomass, C & I waste, ASR, pulp, ashes and more, into dense, sealed bales to economically stack, store, transport, ship and landfill. Their balers are fully computerised, mobile, take 5-8 hours to set up, have a small footprint, need no groundworks, operate in or outdoors, use less energy and wrap than any other system and can be specified to produce 5, 15, or 30 x 800-1200kg bales per hour.

Durapac

Durapac static compactors, semi-automatic, fully automatic, and twin ram balers are known for their heavy duty build quality, high performance, low operating costs and long working life in even the toughest environments. KBM

After 50 years of experience producing expanded polystyrene compactors, KBM are the market leader for such machines in Europe. From their modern factory in Denmark, they produce a complete range of EPS compactors to meet the needs of clients, ranging from small retail stores to large manufacturers and distribution centres. All their machines are mobile, small footprint and fully galvanised to ensure producers of such high volume waste are able to compact at 40-50:1 volume reduction at their point of need.

Packmat

Established in 2000, Packmat System manufacturers the world’s leading mobile compaction solutions, used primarily for Household Waste Recycling Centres (HWRCs) and dump sites, operated by local councils and their chosen waste contractors. Using mobile roll crushers, both single site based and lorry mounted machines that can be driven to multiple sites, enables users to compact all waste materials in all containers, with just one machine. Typically Packmat machines achieve 60-70% reductions in the number of skips filled, bringing significant cost savings and reductions in CO2 emmissions. With their latest generation of all electric Eco- Compactors, Packmat is truly invested in our planet’s future.
