Wheel Crusher
The Durapac CB-30 Wheel Crusher is designed to quickly and safely crush a single wheel rim and remove the tyre in a 15 second stroke. With its 30 tonne force the Durapac Wheel Crusher can process wheels and tyres from cars and vans up to Ford Transit size. The operator places a wheel and tyre into the chamber and uses a two-hand safety control to cycle the machine. The crushed rim and loose tyre are then easily removed from the chamber and separated for recycling. For users with higher volumes to process, the wheel crusher can also be specified for continuous operation or integrated into a fully automatic system. It can also be mounted on a trailer and powered by a gas, petrol or diesel engine.
