This high performance semi-automatic vertical baler has time saving features and can produce up to 2 bales an hour. The semi-automatic operation means the machine auto cycles when the door is feed aperture door is closed properly. Upon completion of the compaction cycle the door automatically opens and slides down safely. The cycle time is just 46 seconds and one of the fastest in this class. This means less time operating the machine and more time getting material into it for baling. PLC Control and error diagnostics fitted as standard.

For tying off bales we recommend tape (as it is cleaner, easier, safer and cheaper) but the machine can also be used with wire or steel banding.

The CB-52SAX is a larger version of the CB-52SA and features one of the largest feed apertures in the vertical baler category which makes it easier and faster to load larger materials.
