Horizontal Balers For sites that generate medium to high volumes of materials for recycling, semi or automatic horizontal balers offer highly labour efficient solutions. They can be continuously fed by hand, machine or conveyor and will generate bales weighing up to 800 kg (dependent on materials). The new Durapac CB-44, CB-58 and CB-65 semi-automatic horizontal closed end balers are designed to bale cardboard, paper, polythene film, plastic bottles, steel and aluminium cans, expanded foams and other compactable materials. Specified to suit your needs, loading can be by hand, conveyor, bin lift, forklift, chute or special application. Standard features of our horizontal balers include a heavy duty shear blade, Hardox wear resistant floor, a high speed, high pressure hydraulic power pack with three levels of auto cut out protection, key switch operation, emergency stop, stop-start photocells and bale ready warning light.
